Problem: Ethernet test of client service cannot be performed through U2000

Findings:

1.       Board version at both ends TN12TDX & TN53TDX.

2.       NE Software version: V100R007C02SPC200

3.      Since the mechanism in the both board chip is different, Ethernet test cannot be performed in existing NE software version.

Solution:

1.       NE software version needed to upgrade at V100R009C10
