Actually PS module capacity calculation algorithm is complex and several parameters are
interdependent in a  non- linear manner and demonstration of capacity
impact differing  for activity ratio, packet size, average traffic per PDP
etc. As a result from same SAU different PDP,TP is realized due to differing in
resource usage . In conclusion “no specific capacity (as dynamic resource
usage) can be benchmarked per ECU/EPU ”.

I think we must have access to calculate PS capacity according with our own traffic model, something like a resource and comsuption table to replace values about signalling, packet size, ECU/EPUs quantity, etc.
