In general, TEMP_OVER alarm occurs due to temperature in boards of OSN6800. But sometime it is experienced that HARD_ERR alarm comes specially in SCC board, but this is not mentioned in Manual.

You are absolutely right, high temperature in the equipment room does not even cause TEMP_ALARM, it also causes HARD_ERR or HARD_BAD alarms, until temp gets normal. My experience as well.
