Guidance for Using Pico Northbound Documentation
|
1. Application Description 1) Service Description The northbound interface is used by other manufacturers or operators for access and management. In the telecommunications management network (TMN), the northbound interface is the interface between the EML and NML. The U2000 is an operation and maintenance (O&M) system that centrally manages Huawei wireless products and provides a full range of northbound interfaces to meet a variety of operator requirements. Operators can select interfaces and interconnection modes based on the requirements of third-party O&M systems on the live network. Figure 1-1 shows the main northbound interfaces provided by the U2000. Actual data instances of the interfaces depend on the definition of the NE data, including parameters, counters, and alarms.
