The peer keep-all-routes command is used to save all BGP routing updates from a specified peer after the BGP connection is set up. After this command is run, when modifying the import policy, you can directly obtain the routes that do not match the import policy on the local device, and do not need to configure the local device to request routes from its peer.

If a router does not support the Route-refresh capability, you need to run this command on the local and remote routers.
