My vote is for Solution B / Style B.

Reason:

Solution A looks very simple and may be easy for many. It allows to see which boards can be used by which product(s).

Solution B may not look simple at first to many. But it allows to filter out Product Wise. for example if you are interested to know what boards are supported by OSN 7500 you can simply filter OSN 7500 with Y to see only the boards which it can supports.

Solution A lacks this info, your selection may contains multiple products supported by broad.

Therefore my Vote is for Solution B
