The SWI, SWI0, SWIA0, SWIA1, SWIB0, and SWIB1 are back boards of the switch boards. The SWI, SWI0, SWIA0, SWIA1 are connected to the Base plane and the Fabric plane all through network cables. The SWIB0 and SWIB1 are connected to the Base plane through network cables but are connected to the Fabric plane through optical fibers.

This alarm is generated when the cascading cables between the expansion subrack and the basic subrack are not connected to correct ports.

Impact on the System

The improper port position of the multi-subrack cascading connection causes connection confusion. Therefore, the subsequent maintenance becomes difficult and incorrect easily.

Possible Causes

Positions of ports connected by cascading cables between the expansion subrack and the basic subrack are improper
