IMEI check...

1.    Data Configuration (MSOFTX3000 )
Follow the steps below to configure the enhanced IMEI Check service on the MSOFTX3000 client. Default values of software parameters are zero,  which indicates that the related functions are disabled.
Step 1    Run SET MAPACCFG to set IMEI Check upon location update to Yes.
Step 2    Run SET MAPACCFG to set IMEI Check according to IMSI to Yes. (This function is optional.)
Step 3    Run ADD CHKIMEICTRL to add an IMSI number segment. (This step is optional. After Step 2, you need to follow this step.)
Step 4    Set bit 1 of P651 to enable IMEI Check upon location update of IMSI Attach type. (This function is optional.)
Step 5    Set bit 0 of P651 to control whether IMEI Check is needed for inter-office location update. (It is optional.)
Step 6    Set bit 3 of P651 to carry IMSIs and MSISDNs in MAP_OPEN_REQ in a special format.
Step 7    Run SET MAPPARA to set IMEI Check request message includes IMSI to Yes.
Step 8    Run SET MAPPARA to set IMSI tag in IMEI Check request message. The default value is 0. (This step is optional.)  
Step 9    Set bit 2 of P651 to carry IMSIs and MSISDNs in MAP_CHECK_IMEI_REQ in a special format.
Step 10    Set bit 4 of P651 to specify the timeout time, namely, one second after waiting for the response of the IMEI Check message. (This step is optional.)
Step 11    Pls ask HW maintenance team to confirm the DT before load to MSS.
