In my experience most of the cases, alarm cleared after hard reset at SC2 card from U2000. What is your experience guys?

I think it is a good tip.

In my experience, you can check whether the orderwire phone is hung up before you reset the OSC board. If not, hang up the phone, and then maybe the alarm is cleared.

Yes this is the ideal solution. Bur you know that, it is not always possible to attend specially in remote site location.
