New services can be provided on the mobile softswitch layer without affecting the MGW in the bearer layer. Thus, the mobile softswitch network allows users to develop and provide new services more flexibly and quickly in the following ways:

• The open network structure shortens the development cycle of services.

• Centralized service management makes service deployment easy.

Msoft will manage Centralized service management.

Softswitch layer: This layer  belongs to Msoft switch.

Bearer layer.: this layer belongs to MGW part which contains traffic/Erlang.
