Thanks. Will wait for updated version .. Keep in mind that IOS 9 in Iphone 6s and 6s plus are very powerful. The touch speed is amazingly good. Therefore the updated version is required asap to avoid clicking on unwanted links ..
Also include the back button in IOS app. If anyone browses any topic, he doesnt know how to reach back and in the end he had to go for Home option which gives WHITE screen .. |

This application is just wonderful.
I was sitting with customer and they asked me a bout a feature on the new boards.
I looked it up and there it was. I could tell customer on the spot that we support the feature they want.
This will save a lot of time to get information when needed.

The application is excellent. But as others said before, it is publicly availble in Google Play store, and people that buy Huawei Consumer Products (Mobiles and so on), tend to download the app looking for technical support in their consumer product. It would be better if the name of the changes to something that identify that this is a support for Huawei Carrier Network Equipment.
Carrier Network Technical Support App does not sound like a good name, and thats why I dont work in Marketing :) But maybe it would solve some problems.

[Huawei Tech Support App] Feedback on It’s a very good application whereby we can get all the information of Huawei products from this simple application and hope Huawei will keep on developing with new features available in near future. HOME: I see all the product documents in the home page but in Core Network part I can see only about CS domain, NGN,IMS, SDM&SmartPCC. But what I want to recommend is that it will be more informative if you can include PS domain too (GGSN, SGSN etc..). VIDEO: In this part I see good videos which are helpful and the resolution of it is good but it will be very useful to us if you can include more videos on how to replace main boards (WSMU, UPWRb etc…) and its safety and so on….. QUERY: It’s a good addition and I really like it and also its very useful in my day to day operation and maintaining the network. It also help us to guide while implementing new offices and so on. COMMAND: It shows every details that we need and with this feature it makes our work easier and convenient. ALARMS: It gives us lots of information about the alarms generated. With this it makes us to understand in details about the fault and helps in solving the issue and cut short of the maintenance time. BOARDS: In this case I was not able to get what I want to know like example I search the board type (WSMU) no details are being displayed. If I am doing the wrong thing, then do let me know and if it is meant for the same the please include board details of every node in this section. STORE: Its very good for the customers so that we can get any tools from this. I would like to request Huawei team to look into some other tools other than WDM Calculator like HedEx Lite, eNSP etc… Q&A: From here I get lots of knowledge which I require in telecommunication field. I want to thank firstly Huawei team and then to the experts who share their thoughts and experience here and hope they will keep on sharing the same for years to come. |
