What are industry best practice for IP Planing of access sites ( NodeBs, eNodeBs)? 

Network has microwave as first hop connectivity then Optical ring of PTN network then CE layer routers.

- what is the solution for VLAN reuse? except QinQ.

1- IP RAN Project to cater all 2G/3G & LTE sites on IP 

2- Range of products.. For BTS-->DBS3900 , MW--> RTN, Optical--> PTN3900/PTN7900 , Core Routers NE40E-X series. 

3-  Topology is like

2G = BTS--> MW --> Optical ring --> CE router --> BSC

3G = BTS--> MW --> Optical ring --> CE router --> RNC

4G = BTS--> MW --> Optical ring --> L3PTN7900 --> EPC
