During the packet forwarding process, system first pick up the head of the packet and then analyze it.
At the same time, the packet data is stored in the buffer, and then forwarded when the analysis of
head is finished.

FIB is located in the interface board, and is generated according to the routing table. Display fib can
show the information of FIB.
