Nice comparasion but it would be good if you add supporting Network types also

OSPF Model Networks are :-      ISIS Model Networks are :-

1) Broadcast links                                  1) P2P

2) Point-to-Point (P2P)                           2) Broadcast

3) Point-to-Multi-Point (P2MP)                 3) Unnumbered Broadcast

4) Non Broadcast multi-access Network

 It is also worth mentioning to that ospf was designed with TCP/IP stack in mind where as ISIS was designed around the OSI stack.

OSPF runs over Layer 3 while ISIS runs over Layer 2
