Its a good document in case of fault handing. However, It describes only few cause codes, the document will be really a great document if you include some more known error codes which the customers get frequently .  It may definitely help customers to do their regular troubleshooting activities. Thanks.

Very helpful document indeed to dig down most possible failure causes. Three most failure causes which we almost encountered on daily basis while performing O&M are ; 

Recovery of timer expiry

Protocol error

Temporary failure

Very helpful, but we need more documentaion about other error codes, for exmaple 38, 44, 3 and 27 that are the most common in my country

It is very useful document especilly the scenario and the signaling flow .
It focuses on some failure cause codes, but it need to be extended to inculed other popular causes.
Sugesstion: I suggest to include the most common configuration example, which includes the ADD CallSrc and ADD CFPro at least.
