CrowdLabs 03 expired on September 30. All the reward points to be published were calculated between August 1 and September 30. thanks for the reply!! but sadly i can no longer use the Huawei Support App. I am now always getting the following screen. Please advise how to proceed and fix it immediately. I showed the screen to few of Huawei engineers in my office - they too dont know what to do. So, here are some additional suggestions - 1. Keep some English instructions in the error screens (along with Chinese) so that the users know what they mean. 2. Educate Huawei engineers about the app so that they know how it works and show/help others on how to use it efficiently. may be now you need to give me more points. |

The below four functions are helpful for me: Product information Queries( Alarms/Commands) Videos bulletins The queries function is my most favorite because as an O&M engineer it helps me to find various alarms information and commands for handling the network alarms and fault. |
