My favorite function is: Query/ Scan: With this beta function I can know a lot of information regarding Access Network device like BOM code, slot allocation and so on. For field engineers can be very useful to reduce implementation/troubleshooting time.

Hope this function can be developed for all the fixed network product line soon! It would be really great!

my favorite functions on the app are -

- alarm query

- command query

- hedex files

- bulletin

- video

my most favorite is the query as i can search for important info at home or out of office when i dont have my laptop.

the problem with the app is that it is too big (34.3MB! really!!) and a bit too slow to respond. another big problem with the app is that at first i couldnt navigate as i was always getting a Chinese screen with lots of writings that i dont understand. that screen bugs me quite frequently and i cant use the apps much as i would like!
