Answer 1:Four functions most important to me are:

              1. Query function: This helps me to query any commands reference, any documents, etc. Very helpful.

              2. Bulletin - This function gives important updates on Huawei events and products, very helpful.

              3. Most Viewed products - Helps me understand the products that are popular among the operators.

              4. Videos - provides videos of important products and technologies which I can view on the go.

Answer 2: My favourite function of the app is the Query function. This allows me to quickly find out command reference and alarm information in just few clicks.

I have got to tell you that, i have been using the app for a few days now and found that its pretty amazing. I liked

1. Product Documentation

2. HedEx file

3. Command and Alarm Search

4. Videos

- I would like to recommend the developers to try to decrease the app size as it takes 27MB space and its takes more then 5 minutes to download.

- Phone with less RAM wont be able to render the data faster

- I have faced a problem while browsing with my Samsung Galaxy Y, that it gobbles up my memory and shows low disk space.

- I would also like to request to put a "Download Product Documentation" Button in the documentation details. so that customers can download the documentation for further use and save their valued cellular data.

- I would also like to recommend that you should apply video resolution quality filtering like YOUTUBE. Or you can automate it based on users Network settings.

Hi All!

Four functions very useful for me are:

1. Query/ Commands: I can search very fast and easy commands anywhere!

2.Query/ Alarms: I can search very fast and easy Alarms information anywhere anytime! Don?t need to power on my laptop.

3. Query/ Scan: This function it?s on beta version only, I have tryied and I thinks it?s great, will be very useful for field engineers!

4. Videos: I can see and learn about Huawei Products anywhere anytime!
