My favourite multimedia document is ATN EDD Solution Introduction, because in our current network we are interested in such solution. Currently we are using nqa on PE to measure such value and observing them on U2000. I didnt any problem with document.

I like U2520 LTE Quality Management more than the second multimedia because i can able to hear audible voice which is very effective in learning the topic, audible human voice can help understand the discuss topic unlike the second multimedia I watched with music as a background for the whole duration of the video.

My favorite multimedia document is U2520 LTE Quality mangement becouse it can be very usefull at UNITEL NETWORK according to our networking problem and expansion also becouse i could understand that this tool is ver eficient during to troubleshooting issues.

I think huawei should introduce this tool to each custumer what are using LTE tecnologies.

Recommendations: I have seen other technical videos as well, your videos are well made but certain areas can be improved e.g.

1) It is better to run videos in a separate pop-up window which makes it easier for user to adjust its viewing size.

2) Secondly, sometimes it becomes tough to understand words because of accent, try to use some British commentator.

3) Thirdly, please try to avoid music in technical videos because it makes difficult to maintain concentration.

My favorite multimedia is "SIG9800 Back-End Software Installation Series Multimedia Guide Part 1 Preparations 01", because of the following reasons:

1. it is well organized

2. it is accompanied with voice description. Some multimedia has music, which makes it similar to a "Power Point" presentation.

My point of view is that the multimedia should make use video in addition to audio.
