UMG rejects ALCAP Establich REQ received from N RNC in busy hours
|
When the UMG8900 interworks with Nokia RNC, this fault may occur because the time sequence mechanisms for packet transmission are different, which results in call loss. In UMG8900 R007C03B045 you can run the following com mand to modify the software parameter P288 to rectify this fault: MOD SFP: ID=P288, MODTYPE=BIT, BIT=6, BITVAL=0; The software parameter P288 controls whether the ASU delays the processing of the REL message received from the CMU. = 1 (by default): After receiving the REL message from the CMU, the ASU processes it by following the original flow. = 0: After receiving the REL message from the CMU, the ASU processes it two seconds later by default. If the ASU receives the REL message from the RNC within the two seconds, the ASU directly stops the timer. Solution: MOD SFP: ID=P288, MODTYPE=BIT, BIT=6, BITVAL=0; |
