For your question "Those documents seems to be lacking deeper insight and understanding.", would you please give us a example, and what exactly you want?

The documents I use most are the BSC6900/BSC6910 (GO/UO/GU) product documentation and the respective RAN/GBSS Feature Product Documentation. There is huge improvement on those documents in terms of content and availability for customer. For example the HedEx was not available and we used HED and the Feature Product Documentation was not open for customer several years ago. Now things are better and better but still we have long way to go to reach other vendors - I still receive complains from customer concerning documentation content when they compare us with the vendors that we swap. An example is the Capacity Monitoring Guide which was implemented based on customer requirements. You use this document to evlauate your network performance and judge when expansion (hardware/software) or reconfiguration is needed. Still there are a lot of gaps and this document that need to be improved. An example is the SPU and EGPU load and performance utilization. We provide some capcaity specifications which cannot be meassured through counters or KPI formulas.

Hi,

"Solutions Information Summary" is the best one that I have seen till today and I use "GSM" the most. The design and look is very decent and it easily features all the documents based on different scenarios in a single sheet. For a new/existing user, he can easily find the required document instead of searching the whole huawei support site.
