These documents are very helpful and help me a lot to understand GSM, UMTS, WCDMA technology, BSC installation & commissioning, as well as  problem solving, feature update etc.

I very much like animations and media. They very simply and clearly explain difficult things. Conveniently for the initial level of understanding.
But not enough information about requirements of LTE TDD to the accuracy of signals of synchronization seems to me.
