There should be a details for the Customer and Profile photo.

If some one manages more than one account and comment on their post they will consider as High Value Post.

How can the administrator know weather the account is managed by individual user. I think some users are using more than more users. As for High Value Post we need 20 comment and 100 views. So for your kind information the administrator has to check carefully. Make a strict rules and regulations.

Dear pemaWangdi, thank for your suggestions, the rules of hot post in GS conforms to the Internet industry.

First, the hot post must have lots of views, second, the hot post must have lots of replies.

A valuable post is necessarily a hot post, but a hot post is not necessarily a valuable post, for example, in order to become a hot post, the author click or reply his post by himself only for views and replies. 

This type of posts can become hot posts, but cant becasue valuable posts if its not helpful for others, because the valuable post is sellected from hot posts.

But if its not valuable and its hot post the get points.
