Dear pemaWangdi, thank for your suggestions, It can be a hot post, but not necessarily a valuable post. for example, in order to become a hot post, the author click or reply his post by himself only for views and replies. 

This type of posts can become hot posts, but cant becasue valuable posts if its not helpful for others, because the valuable post is sellected from hot posts.

But if its not valuable and its hot post the get points.
