pls excuse my late answer.


Step 1/2 would be great - somewhere on huawei support website I found some day a hint to

Huawei Tech Support App (Android, but I found that it?s also available on ios). That day it was

introduced as beta version with - among other things - capability to scan bar codes, extract bom

code and automatically show hardware introduction. Unfortunately this feature is not implemented

in my recent version, but on top to your steps this would be fabulous.

For step 2,  what do you think if we introduce the hardware like the way in the following link? Does this one page introduction include enough information you need to learn about a board?

Besides, Im very glad you like our APP bar code scanning function as Im the project manager of that function. For me, I think the best way to connect the BOM code and hardware introduction is via Huawei tech support APP. As this function relies on the APP development team, I have to discuss with the team. Your opinion will be very helpful for me to push them to realize this funtion.

to me it?s a pleasure too!


From my point of view link?s information is enough for first verification and information of boards. This link in combination with bar code scanning / and or bom code search would be great.


BTW - with new support page and mobile app huawei did a great job!

I was on sick leave last week. Sorry for reply you late.

 

I discussed your request with the team. Your request is accepted. But the solution would be a little different from what I described previously. The posible solution would be like this: Input BOM code in Huawei Tech support APP. Then short introduction is displayed. Detailed information is also available.

 

Please have a look at the following picture and let me know whether the new solution can meet your request.
