Hi, thanks for the reply. The link you provide is the official version of Huawei Tech Support APP which does not have the bar code scanning function yet. As the bar code scanning function is only beta verison now, it is not released on the google play. The only way to download Huawei Tech Support APP with the bar code scanning functionis to scan the two-dimention code at the bottom of the post.

Would you download the tool and let me know whether it can help you with your work

The current Huawei Tech App on the APP store does not support the bar code scanning function yet. As it is a beta test version, you can only down load it via the following way.

 

Scan the following two-dimensional code to access the download address.

 

Or you can try the following URL to download.
