I would like to set special service numbers to which malicious subscribers can place calls but couldnt. Then, i took support from HeDex file and found the below solution. Thanks a lot.

Solution:

The Malicious Call Alarm and Barring feature has been enhanced so that the MSOFTX3000 can accept calls to special service numbers and emergency calls initiated by malicious subscribers and reject other calls initiated by the malicious subscribers.

Run ADD SPCNUM to set the special service numbers.
