During link add, i dont have the proper idea about link configuration , then i am taking support from HeDex file and get the below solution:

Solution:

Run ADD H248LNK to add a link between the MSOFTX3000 and MGW.

To add an H.248 link data record, where MGW name is MGW2_A, Transport protocol is SCTP, Link name is LINK1, SCTP Local IP address 1 is 161.16.2.120, SCTP Local port number is 100, SCTP Remote IP address 1 is 172.10.100.105, and SCTP Remote port number is 102, run the following command:

ADD H248LNK: MGWNAME="MGW2_A", TRNST=SCTP, LNKNAME="LINK1", SLOCIP1="161.16.2.120", SLOCPORT=100, SRMTIP1="172.10.100.105", SRMTPORT=102
