I was facing a problem to enable the Pseudo Network Access Function, then i am quering help from the Huawei Hedex and found the below solution:

Solution:

The Pseudo Network Access function avoids subscribers who fail to initiate location updates accessing to the network frequently, reducing the increasing number of location updates. To enable the Pseudo Network Access function, run the following command:

SET MAPACCFG: IFVLRLU=YES;
