Dear admin,

One day I found that Voltage Difference of the Grounding Cables Causes. I put it to Huawei support website  & got my valuable feedback.

From the fault symptom, it seems that the problem is caused by the voltage. Thus, we need to check whether voltage difference exists.

Through testing, it was found that, in the dispatching room of City B, there was a difference of 0.2 V between the grounding cable of the equipment supplying power to AR28-10 and that of the power for the cabinets. When another set of power supply equipment was used so that no voltage difference existed, no packets were lost in the course of pinging the IP address of the peer router.

Thanks to Huawei team
