 1) Service Description

The SingleRAN Network Impact Report provides information about added, enhanced, and modified features in the current R version, and describes the benefits and impacts of feature changes compared with the previous R version. This information helps network planning engineers to complete the following tasks:

• Based on the benefits of added, enhanced, and modified features in the new version, understand the network competitiveness of the new version and determine whether to upgrade to the new version.
• When determining to upgrade to the new version, based on the impacts of added, enhanced, and modified features in the new version, make strategies for the version upgrade, to reduce the impact on ongoing services.

2) Documentation Description

The SingleRAN Network Impact Report provides the benefits and impacts of each single-mode common feature or multimode feature added, enhanced, or modified in the current version on every single mode.

The SingleRAN Network Impact Report is not released separately. Instead, it is incorporated into GBSS feature documentation, RAN feature documentation, eRAN (FDD) feature documentation, and eRAN (TDD) feature documentation.
