MSC and VLR can be configured together in the network. Therefore, MSC number isthe same as VLR number.

number adopts E.164 coding mode, and the coding format is:

[In this format, CC iscountry code and NDC is national destination code, and LSP is the number used
in SS7 signaling messages to stand for MSC.
