If the product documents you dont view recently the products name will be replaced by the other products in Recent View automatically. So I think you dont have to delete it. Have a nice day! |

In other cases when the PDF file is opened within the browser (from other vendors), the file is downloaded and cached to the local disk to facilitate the search. (The download is also conducted automatically). We suggest you downloading the PDF file manually. If it is too big, we will suggest the author delivering the document in a small size with several files together to facilitate the downloading. |

Best option for us, to see the document from the navigation link, pls try to arrange accordingly. |

I have another suggestion that will help the users to use the support website more efficiently. - I suggest that you add a "Mail Box Clean-up" tool. This tool/option will allow users to delete all the mails in the inbox at one go. There can be options to choose the mail box (personal/system) and message type (read/unread) and do the clean up by a single press of a button. I submit many posts against which I get multiple feedback. People also like like posts and make them favorite. I get notifications against those. For example, this morning I had about 200+ notifications and it took me about 30 minutes to delete those mails. If I had a "Mail Box Clean-up" tool, I could do the same in 1 minute, saving me 29 minutes! |

Available sorting according to the document version - not the most convenient. It will be better if it is possible to select a mode of show of the last versions in each direction. Where that is R008, where that R006, where that generally without version. For example, on the printskrena in case of a choice of R008 the ROADM file will be gone... |

If users not registered, Support administrator can not contact with he/she. For Ans#2: I submited a requirement ticket for tracking (The internal ticket number is 201409265287). Support development team will analyzing it.
