As, user has the right to change their password as their own willing, so, it is not the fact whether the password will be same or not. There is no problem to log in to the Support website using your email with the same password, as i think.

I think the words of "with the same password " is mislead you and I shall delete it.

What the key word is Log in to the Support website using your email.

Thank you for your suggestion.

 

Before, customers need to log in with Support account but the account is often forgot.

Now, customers can log in with his/her Email address which will be easier to be remember.

There are hundreds of documents released on Support website. I think you not need all the newly added documents. I suggest you using the Subcription function. Please refer to 45#.

Thats great now we dont have to remember our user name just remember our email address.

We always uses our email address and we can remember our email address. But we forgot our user names in many web sites we have users name and password needed. Thanks for the change .......

I like mostly video format documentations. There should be more videos documentations.

My Sugestions:

We are not used to HedEx Lite Software so therefore there should be more documents in pdf,doc,and ppt formats as this formats are more familiar for the customers.

This functions is good. As we usually views related documents or same documents every day related to our work.

Time will be saved and it will be faster to find documents. Thanks for the change Huawei made and keep on developing good function,

My Suggestions: 

It will be good if we have delete option in recent list if we dont need it to be shown in recent list we can delete it.

Recent view will increase as on we browse a documents if we dont need some recent views we can delete it.

The following are the improvements to the search function of Support V8.

Search function has also improved as compared to before. We dont have to remember the file name we can search through products.

c. There is no link for accessing Huawei iCare! I understand that not everyone will have access to iCare, but the link should be there for everyones convenience.
