Problem with Accessing Group Space Pages

When I logged in to Huawei Support page yesterday, I faced huge trouble in accessing Group Space pages and checking my messages. This kind of problem is occurring quite frequently - the server response is too slow or server fails to respond at all.

The snapshots of the issue is given below. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Could you tell what the exactly time when this problem happen? Does Support website work fine on your side now?

To download the document and then read is not good idea, better to give navigation link for all topics related here, it will be easier for us.

Your idea sounds great.

Curently, users can view the navigation link for all topics by click the icon . Showed as the screenshot. Do you want the this document list displayed on the pre page directly.

 

Answer 1: 

Three additional features that I liked about this new site are:

1. Group Space: Here we can join/ create group and discuss/ share knowledge on our field of concerns such as wireless network, A&S field, etc. This is really helpful to share ideas and issues.

2. Another important feature is My Space, especially the My To-Do option. This will allow us to keep some kind of reminders and calender events and allow us to continue the reading/ downloading the task when we are free or when we get time.

3. Another important option that I like is UseFul Link option - This allows us to directly go to the links which concerns us and this way it is simplified and easy to find the resources. 

Answer 2: 

1. The website need to have a menu option for Contact Form, using which the customers can send their feedback or query to Huawei. Customers who dont have Huawei account should also be able to post their query to huawei through this contact form option.

2. I would love to have a page where updates on latest project or latest products introduced by Huawei is provided. This could be image gallery/ articles, etc.

3. Also if Huawei can give a page in their website which can carry important facts about Huawei like company information, latest updates, etc.

----Could you tell you where the menu option you want to be provide? What this Form use for? Hope you give me an sample.
