One day, my junior asked me a question about How to modify the MTU of Eth-trunk interface or sub interface but I had no answer on that time. Then I visited to Hauwei support website for help & got my success.

 

Huawei solution:

To modify the MTU of Eth-trunk interface or sub interface, just modify it under  Eth-trunk interface or its sub interface, not modify it under the eth-trunk member interfaces. When port added into one Eth-trunk, its MTU will be synchronized with Eth-trunk MTU automatically; and when the MTU of Eth-trunk changed, eth-trunk memebers MTU will also change accordingly.
