[UMG8900] Troubleshooting Experience: Context SR low after software up-gradation

Problem:

Context SR became low after up-gradation work  due to tone file missing at YYHMGWXX. Problem is solved after loading required tone files.

 Way of findings the root cause:

After checking the call log, we have found that some log is generated related to tone file

Then we have loaded all the required files and found that no log is generated after that. Eventually context SR KPI has been improved.
