            The default TTL value of NQA test packets is 30, smaller than the default TTL value (255) of ping packets. The network can be pinged because ping packets can reach the network. However, NQA packets cannot reach the destination network due to TTL timeout. Therefore, the NQA test result shows a packet loss ratio of 100%.
