Sometimes customers ask about difference between different software versions, what are the enhancements, are there any features removed at the new version, are there any differences?

sometimes customers are used to use a certain feature in certain way, however in newer version it has different flow, he rejects using it and wish to go back to previous, specially if he integrated some 3rd party tool to work using the old method, this appears a lot in OSS platforms.

and so many questions that we are not so sure of, it will be great if HEDEX contains such detailed information.
