What I would like to hear is that " Yes, we are / will be working on it" rather than sorry. 

AUTOMATION is what required now, need to DEFINE process and DEVELOP accordingly.

May be You can show some example for us how we can do Task 2?

1.  How to Recommend New Users? 

1) If new user has a support website account, please tell them to log in to Tech Support App with it. If new users didn’t have an website account please ask them Click here to register an account first.

Then reply to this thread with the new user ID to tell us the new users you recommended
