huawei  HedEx  Support  tool is very amazing, hedex support is a global platform for delivery and services, its make life easy for every engineer either belong to RF, wireless and Core etc. you can find every document at Hedex support, like product documentation (Command reference, commissioning guide, configuration guide, feature guide, performance counter reference, parts replacement, alarm handling, troubleshooting, charging & security management), Case ( Troubleshooting, configuration & commissioning, software upgrade, O&M) and Bulletin (life cycle bulletin & Training plant)and you can feedback about any documentation. means its life easy making tool. just need to download the Hedex file and you can open it offline, it works very well. Still I have seen many people don’t about this tool , even know but don’t know how to use it while it’s very easy. For me I think I can’t work without HedEX support, for small -2 query I need to open the HedEX, like for checking the MML commands , knowing how to activate feature, knowing what are the default parameter values, sometime I study document at HedEX to gain my Knowledge, even there algorithm and their description how they work. For me HedEX is tool of everything related to Technical work and knowledge etc..but still I think there is scope of improvement , for example , related to troubleshooting case, we can make category , like Basic case , RRC, RAB (CS,PS), Drop (CS, PS), Throughput(R99, HSDPA, HSUPA) , Handovers (Intra, Inter , IRAT), Transmission related, we can put many different case for improvement inside each category. it can make life more easy by making category , engineer can easily find out the troubleshooting case for his kind problems. I suggest everyone to use Hedex support and put their suggestion and scope for improvement , it will help Huawei to optimize the tool. Thank you , good luck
