Dear admin,

One day I found that attach to SGSN faulty & this problem occurs for just one subscriber segments. we checked the HLR there is no problem since there are other ranges in the HLR is running without problem.

After that I put this problem to Huawei support website for their investigation I got my success.

Huawei feedback & solution:

The problem is caused by mistake configuration loaded to the SGSN in the SCCPGT table and because the software parameter No. 14 in the SGSN is set to FF (256) value this make the SGSN did not change the Message of illegal MS and send it directly to the MS. 

Some times the easy configuration we do it with out checking, fast or with out prepare the correct steps. So it is important to check the configuration and data

before loading and checked directly after the loading to avoid any mistakes that cause system faulty.

For the software parameter we should confirm the using of the software parameter before change it.
