I was looking into optimization part in Morocco where there were having some problems in transmission part due to which the KPIs were not meeting and though i was a RF guy i didnt had much knowledge about Transmission part .When i went to customer to present the KPIs ,Customer asked me to get solve the transmission issue .During that time there was no engineer from transmission domain there ,so i took help from Support -knowledge base and got to know about some trouble shooting which helped me to improve the KPIs  without needing the help of Transmission engineer. Customer was very happy with the efforts and recognized for the same.
