Dear Bashir Ahmed Zeeshan, The MTU(bytes) parameter indicates the maximum transmitted packet length, which is the length of the packet payload. Impact on the System: so, I think if the MTU mismatch, then it will be dropped. |

Well, It seems that the L2 packet is more complex than the L3 packet(1500) that the L2 packet contains the MFL(1518) and the Jumbo Frames(1518 to 64000). Thank you for sharing. |

but a customer is sending Jumbo frame and other customers are sending 1518 byte/1522 byte. but how can i see the frame is coming from which node b/customers ? Also is there any configuration level change required ? I would be happy if anybody plz suggest. Thanks |
