A subscriber complained that he can update location in outside home plmn. We analysis and no problrem found.only odbroam=barred gprs. It means he can use cs service in roaming.but he can not use service. This was a peculiar problem and adter unbar gprs he updated locarion in outside home plmn.

It should not be like that....if gprs barred then cs should be okay.
