One day I was confused that Whether there is a static black-hole route needed when the ME60 imports the routes in the address pool to the BGP.

Then I took the help of Huawei Support website & got my success as below:

It is not needed because the ME60 can automatically generate a black-hole route of the address pool.

   x.x.x..x/22    DIRECT   1    0           0.0.0.0         NULL0 

Thus, you need not add a static black-hole route manually when the BGP imports the routes of the address pool.
