You can view the generated CDRs by time or by CDR type and so on.

Procedure

Start the CDR console. On the main Interface, the left pane shows the navigation tree. The navigation tree is divided into multiple tab pages by access point, such as the R5_1 node in Figure 1, and visually displays the CDR storage mode in the server. Under Original Bill, the original CDRs are displayed according to date, and the corresponding CDRfile is *.bil. Under Final Bill, several types of final CDRs supported by the system are displayed, which are also called "channel", and the corresponding CDR file is *.dat. The options on the shortcut menu in Figure 1 are described as follows.

• Select Refresh to re-obtain data from the server or from the navigation tree and update the file list.
• Select Up to open the upper-level directory list.
• Select Back to open the directory opened last time.
• Select Bill Query to query the CDRs according to the specified conditions.
• Select Bill Browse to display the contents of the selected CDR.
• Select Backup CDR to backup the CDRs (The operation is performed after you must configure the backup task in the igwb.ini file. If you not, the operation is not performed on the CG9812 client).
• Select Del CDR to delete the select CDRs. Do not delete the CDR files in the current date directory and that are not backed up. (Normally, perform the Del CDR operation on the server.)
• Select Find to invoke the search dialog box.
