If you are familiar with the features deployed for a macro base station and plan to deploy features for a micro base station, you may want to know differences between features of macro and micro/LampSite base stations in the following aspects:

• Feature list (Which features apply to a macro base station, which features apply to a micro base station, and which features apply to a LampSite base station.)
• Feature principles

You can find the answers in the descriptions of differences between macro and micro base stations listed in the feature documentation.

2) Documentation Description

The solution-based feature documentation describes the macro, micro, and LampSite base stations. The feature documentation contains not only the feature parameter descriptions of a macro base station, but also the differences between features of macro and micro/LampSite base stations.

The following part uses the eRAN feature documentation of an LTE micro base station as an example.

Introduction to Features (based on the FL): provides the micro and LampSite fields for you to quickly know the applications of an FL in macro, micro, and LampSite base stations.
