Dear Admin:

Pls make a option for the Author to delete any post. I have raised this issue previously the the Admin answers that removing right is reserved only for the Admin but i request again that pls give the removing authority for the at least 5 to 7 days.

We can check the post within this time and rethink to delete or not.
