Dear All:

I need to control the 3G encryption function but couldnt do by myself, then i have taken help from HeDex as like below to solve the issue:

To control the 3G encryption function, run SET MAPACCFG to configure Cipher algorithm.

• When Cipher algorithm is set to UEA0, the 3G encryption function is disabled.
• When Cipher algorithm is set to UEA1 or UEA2, the MSOFTX3000 uses different cipher algorithms to implement the 3G encryption function.

By default, the 3G encryption function is enabled. If the 3G encryption is disabled, some UEs may not be connected to the network.

 

N.B.The access side must use the same cipher algorithm as that used by the MSOFTX3000 to implement the 3G encryption function.
